Downtown Vibes Account & Data Deletion Request If you would like to permanently delete your Downtown Vibes account and all associated data (including business pins, email address, and authentication data), please follow the steps below: Send an email to: support@potionsandfamiliars.com Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Downtown Vibes" Please send the email from the exact email address you used to register your account so we can verify your identity. Upon receiving your request, we will manually wipe your account, authentication credentials, and business pins from our active database within 7 business days.(Note: If you have an active premium subscription, you must also cancel it directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Store settings to prevent future billing, as we do not control Apple/Google's billing cycles).
